Louise has worked in Employment programming since 1989; she is a Registered Rehabilitation Practitioner through the Vocational Rehabilitation Association.
Her educational background includes Certification in Health & Fitness, SFU and she is a graduate of the Counselling Program at Kwantlen College. Louise is presently Project Coordinator, Program Manager and Wage Subsidy Facilitator in the Coquitlam office as well as the Project Coordinator and Program Manager in the Surrey office.
Edith Szigeti is our Office Manager. She is responsible for accounting functions, processing payroll claims, reception and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Her background includes a wealth of experience in accounting, finance, and customer service. She is looking forward to hearing from you when you book your next appointment!
My name is Shannon Hanson and I have over 13 Years Experience in the Targeted Wage Subsidy Program, Job Creation Partnerships and providing Employment Assistance Services. In addition to this I have experience working for Service Canada, Non-Profit Agencies, Displaced Fishery Workers, Youth, People with a Disability, First Nations, men and women from Federal/Provincial Institutions. I completed the Ch'nook Advanced Management Program at the Sauder School of Business - University of British Columbia, the 3 Week Job Finding Club Certification, taken several courses at Douglas College for Certification of a Career Development Practitioner Program and a Certificate in Aboriginal Employment Development.
Nathalie is the newest member of the Sante Wage Subsidy Team working in both the Coquitlam and Maple Ridge offices. Her background includes 5 years experience working in executive recruitment. She has worked in a number of Canadian cities as well as in the UK in both the public and private sector. Her education consists of a BA from the University of Toronto, a handful of human resources and business management courses from BCIT and a Job Club Leadership Training certificate from Douglas College. Nathalie looks forward to continuing her education to attain her Career Development Practitioner certification.
Cyndy has more than 10 years experience with Employment Assistance Services as a Case Manager and Career Planning Facilitator, assisting with Job Search, Skills Training, Wage Subsidy, Self Employment and Employment Maintenance programs.
Cyndy holds a Life Skills Diploma, Provincial Instructor Certificates, and is a True Colors Facilitator. She believes in life long learning and has enjoyed working in her community as a volunteer ESL coach, specializing in support to the "Lets Read Out Loud" program.
Cyndy's background and experience teaching Resume and Cover Letter development, Labour Market Skills and how to enter the Hidden Job Market, gives her valuable material when supporting successful Job Search.
Eileen is our Wage Subsidy Facilitator for the Ridge Meadows area. Eileen completed a BA in Psychology at Simon Fraser University in 1995 and began a rewarding career in Employment Counselling as a Youth Program Facilitator. She also provided Case Management services to Youth, aged 15-30 in Surrey and Coquitlam for 7 years and has a background in ESL tutoring and Self-Employment. Eileen has completed coursework in the Provincial Instructor's program, and the TESOL program at VCC.

Jean-Claude Kalinijabo is the Program Manager and Wage Subsidy Facilitator at the Surrey office. His responsibilities include financial management and employment counseling.
Jean-Claude holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle, and comes from a background in Human Resources Management. He is excited to be serving the community of Surrey.
Amy is our office Administrator for the Surrey Office. Her responsibilities include accounting, processing payroll claims, reception and the daily functions of the general office. She is looking forward to assisting you with your next appointment!
Michele brings 15 plus years of Recruitment and Placement experience from the Recruitment Industry to the Sante Surrey team as well as her strong local market knowledge, business development and marketing abilities. Michele looks forward to continued growth and education in the Career Development field. She is also working towards her Career Development Practitioner Certification.
